Exporting flights to PDF

  1. From the Pilot Logbook screen, click the PDF icon at the upper right.
  2. This will bring up a pop-up menu from which you can select from a number of preformatted logbook styles. Note: The "Current column selections" item on the pop-up menu will generate a PDF from your currently-selected columns, rather than using a preformatted style.
  3. Once you've made your selection, you can save the PDF export to your local computer or open it for viewing.

Hint: In your PDF exports, some content may be too large to fit in a cell. This can happen with long flight routes or long flight remarks, for example. You can configure the behavior of the PDF export in such cases. Go to My Profile -> General Preferences -> PDF for a list of options.
